Kota, September 30: A selfie point carrying cleanliness messages has been installed at Kota Railway Station as part of the Swachhata Hi Seva-2026 campaign. The initiative aims to spread awareness among passengers and encourage greater public participation in keeping railway premises clean.
Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Saurabh Jain said the selfie point is not only meant to promote the message of cleanliness but also to inspire passengers to keep their surroundings clean and motivate others to follow the same practice.
As part of the campaign, cleanliness drives and awareness activities are being conducted at railway stations, offices, railway colonies and other premises across the Kota Division. Passengers and railway employees are being encouraged to use designated dustbins, segregate wet and dry waste and maintain cleanliness.
The Railway Administration has appealed to passengers to cooperate in keeping stations and trains clean and contribute to the ‘Clean Rail – Clean India’ initiative.
