Tourism Emerging as a New Economic Force in Hadoti

Kota: Tourism is fast emerging as a major economic driver in the Hadoti region, with an estimated annual business of around ₹1,800 crore. According to a recent government report, Kota, Bundi, Baran and Jhalawar attracted lakhs of tourists during the first six months of the year.
The region’s historical monuments, heritage sites, wildlife and natural attractions are drawing visitors from across India and abroad. Tourism is also generating business for hotels, restaurants, transport services, local markets and other sectors.
Experts believe that better promotion, improved infrastructure and greater tourist facilities can further boost tourism and create new employment opportunities in Hadoti.
